Given + Gather cannot accept returns or provide refunds due to strict health and safety and hygiene standards. For these reasons, please choose carefully.
Order Processing & Shipping
Given + Gather reserves the right to deny and refund either all/or part of your order at any time.
International & Domestic orders are sent out according to the various shipping selections made at Check Out. After orders are released to the postal service, standard or express shipping times apply.
Given + Gather always endeavours to get your packages sent out as a matter of urgency, whenever possible. However, during busy periods/special events or holidays, we may get inundated with orders and delays may arise.
If delivery is needed urgently, please notify us immediately after purchasing via email, send to hellogiven@outlook.com and include your order number so that we may prioritize your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We will evaluate and rectify the issue where required.
If damages are evident due to postage issues, we will require photo proof to be emailed though to hellogiven@outlook.com no later than 48 hours after delivery. Please note all our orders are tracked.
