First I’d like to preface my comments by saying I am 78.
I have been trying magnesium sprays and creams for several years now trying to find one that really soaks into muscles. I have not been successful until now. This magnesium spray by Given and Gather is so good. My muscles feel much better, more flexible, more relaxed after hiking, younger actually!
The spray really helps my sleep too. In fact I am careful to use it in the evening only because it makes me sleepy!

This is the best magnesium spray I have found. I love that it is all natural with essential oil. It absorbs well, help sme fall and stay asleep and helps boost my magnesium levels. Will repurchase for sure.

I love this spray for my feet. I often got cramps at night and this significantly reduces them. It's such a fine a delicate spray with a beautiful light scent. Soaks right in and leaves a soothing coolness.
I use the cream as well and alternate between the two. My foot cramps have all but disappeared! So much better than popping Magnesium orally, and feels much nicer too.

Thank you for bringing these products to market. They are an indispensible part of my routine now.

I LOVE this cream. Despite taking lots of Magnesium and Potassium orally, I still had regular nightly foot cramps.

I now put a small amount of this cream on my feet at bedtime and literally no more foot cramps!

It’s a very nice cream, comes out of the jar a bit thick and melts like butter as you rub it in. No greasy film is left behind, just moisturized skin.
