Magnesium is a staple for relaxation.
Magnesium moisturizer contains all the benefits of the magnesium spray with the added bonus of muscle soothing and relaxing essential oils. Smooth and hydrating.
This magnesium chloride is sourced from the Dead Sea making it bioavailable and therefore easily absorbed by your body. Nothing synthetic/artificial like most powders and pills.

Ingredients
Shea butter, coconut oil, beeswax and magnesium chloride with essential oils of marjoram, basil, peppermint, lavender, and cypress. Packaged in a glass jar.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
Not all essential oils are safe to use in pregnancy and during breastfeeding. Please see the list below for essential oils not recommended for use during this time that are present in Given + Gather blends.
Please note there are many differing beliefs around essential oil use during pregnancy, especially during the 1st trimester.

Safety and Precautions
Citrus oils, in particular, can cause phototoxicity (sensitivity to the sun) and topical application should be avoided 12-18 hours prior to sun exposure or apply to your skin on areas that will be covered by your clothing.
Given + Gather recommends testing on a small area before full application to determine any potential skin sensitivities. In general, essential oils are considered safe, with minimum adverse reactions. In some cases, they can cause minor skin irritation at the site of use. If this occurs, cease application immediately.
Correct storage of essential oils away from direct sunlight and heat is important, as contact sensitisation is more likely to occur due to oxidation if they are left in these conditions. Essential oils can change their chemical composition over time, so it is important not to store them for long periods.

I LOVE this cream. Despite taking lots of Magnesium and Potassium orally, I still had regular nightly foot cramps.
I now put a small amount of this cream on my feet at bedtime and literally no more foot cramps!
It’s a very nice cream, comes out of the jar a bit thick and melts like butter as you rub it in. No greasy film is left behind, just moisturized skin.
